For the ultimate country shopping and marketplace experience, the free, open-to-the–public ACM EXPO presented by Roper, will be located just outside the Orleans Arena.  As part of THE ACM EXPERIENCE, the marketplace at ACM EXPO will allow fans to “shop country” with more than 150 unique country lifestyle vendors from all over the United States with products such as customized jewelry, western wear, original art, homemade crafts and more.  Fans can “taste country” at the new food area featuring local food trucks and national food vendors with a great backyard patio experience.

New to the ACM EXPO this year is the Exclusive Genetics Bucking Bull Arena where fans can come see the future Bull stars of tomorrow and compete as yearling bulls buck. The ACM EXPO also includes the Cooper Tire Stage performance area featuring some of the brightest rising stars in country music and other entertainment to be announced.  Other indoor performance areas include Bourbon Street Lounge, Brendan’s, The Comedy Club and the Orleans Showroom; all of which will have performances scheduled throughout the three-day experience.  The ACM EXPO will also include interactive areas complete with games and autograph sessions, such as the Dr Pepper Interactive Red Carpet Area, Dr Pepper Sampling Booth, GAC Photo Booth, Coors Party Bars as well as ACM and ACM Lifting Lives Booths.

RADIO AWARD WINNERS ANNOUNCED FOR THE 48th ANNUAL ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS

ENCINO, CA (February 27, 2013) – Today the Academy of Country Music is announcing the full list of radio award winners that will not be televised due to time constraints during the live telecast of the 48th ANNUAL ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS.

This is the second ACM National On-Air Personality of the Year Award win for Cody Alan, for CMT Radio Live with Cody Alan.  Alan, who also won this award in 2010, serves as both the host and executive producer for CMT Radio Live with Cody Alan and can also be seen weekly on CMT Hot 20 Countdown. Alan, a well-respected country music industry veteran, delivers fans access to the biggest stars in country and entertainment.  His consistent presence on CMT’s multiple platforms makes him a dynamic ambassador for country music.

Encino, CA (February 21, 2013) – The Academy of Country Music announces the addition of ACM Party for a Cause Festival,  a 2-day outdoor music festival during The Week Vegas Goes Country® leading up to the 48th ANNUAL ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS on April 7, 2013.  The ACM Party for a Cause Festival features a line-up of performances by country’s top hit makers and some of this year’s ACM Award nominees, all in the name of raising awareness and funds for a variety of charities.   Donations on behalf of Big Machine Label Group, General Mills and ACM Lifting Lives® will be made to the charities represented during this celebratory weekend for fans.
